Welcome to this step-by-step tutorial for accessing your United Healthcare Online Member Center. This tutorial will guide you through the process of navigating to the United Healthcare Member website, and creating an account.

Step 1: Navigate to the UHC Member Website
Using your web browser, navigate to the member.uhc.com website.
Step 2: Click on "Register"
Once you have navigated to the member.uhc.com website, click on the "Register" button located beneath the "Welcome back" message.
Note: if you have already made an account before, you can click "Sign In" to directly access your online member portal
Step 3: Input required information
After clicking "Register", you will be directed to a new page where you are prompted to create a HealthSafe ID. All fields are required and must be filled out correctly before continuing accessing your online member portal. You may also choose to input your UHC Health Plan ID or your Social Security Number to register.
Step 4: Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page
Once you have filled out the required registration information, you may click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Continue following the on-screen instructions
A new screen will appear after clicking "Continue" with more instructions. Follow these instructions carefully to complete your registration.
