• Are there any notable landmarks or signs to look out for?

Take I-81 N, I-78 E, I-287 N, I-87 S and I-95 N to Seaview Ave in Bridgeport. Take exit 29 from I-95 N.

Follow CT-8 S to CT-127 S/White Plains Rd in Trumbull. Take exit 4 from CT-8 S.

• Are there any notable landmarks or signs to look out for? Boston Ave. to Grant St.

The Primary Care Clinic is located in the Albin Building at 226 Mill Hill Avenue.

It is across the street from Bridgeport Hospital.

2. Parking Information:

The garage is attached to the building with both designated and undesignated paring spots.

After you park, you will note the elevator in the garage.

Both the Clinic and Registration are both on the first floor; you will see a Registration Desk and Kiosk.

El estacionamiento está adjunto al edificio con lugares de estacionamiento tanto designados como no designados.

Después de estacionar, notará el elevador en el estacionamiento.

Tanto la Clínica como Registration (Registro) están en el piso 1; verá la Recepción y un kiosco.
