HVC Site Direction Questionnaire: PCC Clinic

1. Highway Access:  

   - What is the specific exit off the highway to reach the HVC outpatient center?

   - Are there any notable landmarks or signs to look out for?

Take I-81 N, I-78 E, I-287 N, I-87 S and I-95 N to Seaview Ave in Bridgeport. Take exit 29 from I-95 N 

Follow CT-8 S to CT-127 S/White Plains Rd in Trumbull. Take exit 4 from CT-8 S 

   - Are there any notable landmarks or signs to look out for? Boston Ave. to Grant St.

The Primary Care Clinic is located in the Albin Building at 226 Mill Hill Avenue

It is across the street from Bridgeport Hospital 

2.  Parking Information: The garage is attached to the building with both designated and undesignated paring spots

After you park, you will note the elevator in the garage

Both the Clinic and Registration are both on the first floor; you will see a Registration Desk and Kiosk
