To start a virtual express care triage, please follow these steps
3) Choose Language for communication on the top right-hand corner- multiple language options are available.
Once language is selected, you may have to may have to verify it's human by playing a puzzle.
4) Then enter a few patient details including location, type- select Urgent Care, First and Last name, date of birth, Phone number, zip code, email, Insurance name – if you do not have insurance- select no insurance, Member ID of insurance (if known) and language of communication.
5) Read the consent for the visits and select “I agree”
6) Lastly- Click the tab- Get Started
7) In a couple of seconds, you will have a video chat with a live person, who will register you and quickly connect you to an appropriate provider.
