Welcome to this step-by-step tutorial for accessing and navigating your UHC HPN Medicaid Online Member Center. This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating an account, setting up your One Healthcare ID, and managing your contact information and communication preferences.

Step 1: Accessing the Medicaid Online Member Center 

1.1 Open your web browser and type in the following URL: https://myhpnmedicaid.com. You can click on the provided link or type it into your browser's address bar.



Step 2: Creating Your Account 

2.1 Once on the member portal page, locate the "Sign In" button in the upper right-hand corner and click on it. 




2.2 On the sign-in page, click the "OK" button to start the account creation process. 




2.3 You will be redirected to the registration page. Click on the "Register here" link to proceed. 



2.4 Find the small checkbox on your screen and click it to acknowledge the required information. 

2.5 Enter the following details from your Medicaid ID card: 

  • Member ID 
  • First name 
  • Last name 
  • Date of birth 
  • Zip code 
  • Email address 
  • Phone number 

Complete all the required highlighted fields and click "Register." 





Step 3: Setting Up Your One Healthcare ID 

3.1 After submitting your registration information, you will be directed to set up your One Healthcare ID. If the setup doesn't appear, look for the "Help" button on the One Healthcare ID page for assistance. The page should look like this: 





3.2 Open a new tab in your browser and enter the URL "onehealthcareid.com," then press "Enter." 


3.3 Follow the instructions provided to create your One Healthcare ID 


Step 4: Signing Into the Online Member Center 

4.1 Return to the member portal page (https://myhpnmedicaid.com) and use your newly created One Healthcare ID to sign in. 


4.2 You might encounter a preference warning or notification. If you haven't set your preferences, this will guide you through the process. Click "Continue" to proceed to the contact preferences page.
