Q- What should I look for in a Cancer Support Group?
Cancer support groups are not all the same, and it's important to find a group where feel comfortable. Support groups should:
1. Help you feel better, stronger, and more hopeful. | 2. Give you a chance to talk about your feelings and work through them. | 3. Help you deal with practical problems, such as problems at work or school. |
4. Help you connect with people who'll listen. | 5. Help you cope up side effects of treatment. | 6. Have a positive impact on your life. |
