Q- What should I look for in a Cancer Support Group?

Cancer support groups are not all the same, and it's important to find a group where feel comfortable. Support groups should:

1. Help you feel better, stronger, and more hopeful.

2. Give you a chance to talk about your feelings and work through them.
3. Help you deal with practical problems, such as problems at work or school.

4. Help you connect with people who'll listen.

5. Help you cope up side effects of treatment.

6.  Have a positive impact on your life.
