It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting an exercise programme while you're in therapy. Certain kinds of exercise may or may not be suitable for people with lung cancer. With the help of your doctor, you will determine which activities will benefit your lung cancer treatment the most.

1. Easy walking

When possible, walk instead of driving, or make it a habit to go for a short walk after dinner every night.

2. Light Stretching

To avoid muscle tightness and joint stiffness, begin and end each day with a few easy stretches.

3. Gentle Yoga

Choose a yoga class that focuses on mild, restorative yoga postures. To increase your lung capacity, you'll learn deep breathing exercises.

4. Tai Chi
Moving meditation is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that helps with focus, concentration, balance, and mindfulness.
