The Link+ is mobile-friendly (4G) and always connected to the 4G network. There is no need for patients to connect to any specific Wi-Fi network for the Link+ to fully operate. Once activated, the Link+ transmits data directly to LiveCare’s HIPAA-compliant cloud. In case of a decline in a patient’s health condition, the Link+ system automatically generates an alert to a call center or provider, which can be escalated to a video call using the Link+ device interface.
