A. Launching your Telehealth room

Please ensure your personal meeting ID (PMI) is always checked like the image below
Select New Meeting to join your patient at their scheduled appointment time.

B. Admit the patient from the virtual waiting room to the main room.

Please find the directions in the image below to mute or unmute, turn on the video, record the meeting and end the meeting.
