• Planet Fitness 

Tune into the Planet fitness Facebook page every day for a live 20-minutes-or-fewer “work in” led by personal trainers, and even special guests. Taking part is free, and you don’t have to be a member. No equipment required. If you can’t make the time, the workout will be available for playback on the Facebook page and the gym’s YouTube channel.

  • 305 Fitness 

It is known for making cardio a raging dance party, 305 Fitness has about 20 free classes on its YouTube channel while its studios are closed. 


  • Studio Three 

It takes a unique approach in combining cycling, yoga and interval training in the same gym. While its locations are closed, the gym is hosting classes on Instagram Live multiple times during the day, typically in the morning, during the lunch hour and early evening. If you miss a session, the workouts are available for playback on the app. 


  • Kick@55 Fitness 

This group of fitness instructors is known for a variety of high-intensity interval training workouts. Their workouts stream daily on their Instagram page but you can watch them later for free as well. 


  • Brooklyn Boulders 

This climbing and fitness facility is hosting virtual workouts on its Instagram Live every day.


  • YMCA 360

This new online community from The Y offers a variety of free, on-demand group exercise classes, like barre, yoga, weightlifting, and programs for seniors and kids. You do not have to be a member to participate.   


  • Runaway Fitness 

This fitness studio, which specializes in strength and conditioning, is hosting free workouts on its Instagram Live, as well as a variety of circuit workouts listed on its page. 


  • Orangetheory Fitness

Expect a free 30-minute workout that won’t require special equipment, except for random items around your house. You can watch the videos at https://www.orangetheory.com/en-us/athome/ 


  • TITLE Boxing Club

 Complimentary access to TITLE On Demand is available to both members and nonmembers for 30 days. The classes range from boxing and kickboxing, to strength and power, and speed and agility, and can go between five to 45 minutes. The brand also hosts free Facebook Live workouts.


  • FightCamp
