To prepare for COVID-19 the CDC recommends you:

  • Have supplies on hand, including medications, medical supplies, household items, and groceries
  • Take everyday precautions such as washing your hands often, avoiding touching high-touch surfaces in public places, avoiding touching your face, disinfecting your home, avoiding crowds, and avoiding all non-essential travel
  • Have a plan if you get sick
  • Watch for symptoms including fever, cough, and shortness of breath
