The virus of COVID-19 mainly spreads by respiratory droplets. Whether pregnant women can transmit the virus through the vertical transmission to her fetus is still unknown. In limited research, it is found that infants born to mothers with COVID-19 virus have tested negative for the COVID-19 virus.
