• You may experience belching, flatulence and some throat discomfort due to the insertion of the endoscope.
• Lozenges or gargling with salt water may help. 
• You will be able to follow your normal routine within 48 hours after completion of the overstitch procedure. 
• Make sure to follow the diet and exercise regimen as prescribed by your doctor.
