We have 3 models: 

1. Closed-loop model- This is where you have zero liability. We give complete ownership to the patient.

Ex- If the patient has symptoms- this is the number to call.

2. Open model- This is for health systems with good ACO teams, who have established centers or teams in place to take a 24/7 call. In this model, we alert the care team about the patient. And then the physician or a dedicated person can go through the alerts.

3. The third model we are currently implementing is - we bring health coaches or nurses who are completely trained on bowel prep and can proactively reach the patients.
